Outgoing Anambra First lady,Ebelechukwu Obiano slaps Bianca Ojukwu at Charles Soludo Swearing-in ceremony as Anambra state Governor.

A source,revealed that,"the breach was caused by improper Communication which itself arose from a personal issue between the two parties involved in the breach."
